30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened equipment in original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
How to Return
- Contact our team at [email protected] with your order number.
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the equipment back in original packaging.
- Refund processed within 5\u20137 business days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Equipment
If equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost.
